We are looking for a Reputation Manager to build and execute strategies to strengthen our reputation, grow our online presence, and find new ways to build trust across different platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and coordinate articles, PR placements, and other content to strengthen our online presence;
Develop and execute new ideas to improve brand perception and visibility;
Track results, test different approaches, and adjust the strategy based on what works;
Work with founders and internal teams to keep our communication consistent and effective.
Own and improve our online reputation across Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms;
Manage our social media presence and identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and engagement;
Monitor online conversations, trends, competitors, and customer feedback to spot opportunities and potential risks.
What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of platforms like Trustpilot, Reddit, Facebook, and Google search;
Interest in AI search, new platforms, and emerging trends.
Proven experience in reputation management, social media/community management, digital PR, or a similar role;
Strong writing skills in Lithuanian and English;
Experience coordinating articles, PR, or other content initiatives;
A track record of initiatives you’ve owned and results you’ve achieved;
Proactive mindset - you bring ideas and turn them into action without waiting for instructions;
Ability to develop a strategy while staying hands-on with execution.

Gross salary: 2500 - 3300 Eur/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
