What You’ll Do:

• Own the full accounting function end-to-end across the company and its entities;

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing;

• Prepare and oversee financial statements, management reports, and statutory reporting;

• Ensure compliance with Lithuanian accounting and tax requirements, including VAT, CIT, payroll-related taxes, and other statutory obligations;

• Coordinate external audits and ensure the company is always audit-ready;

• Establish, maintain, and improve accounting policies, controls, and internal processes;

• Review accounting workflows and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve efficiency;

• Ensure accurate reconciliations across bank accounts, AR/AP, inventory, accruals, and other balance sheet accounts;

• Identify financial and operational risks early and take ownership of getting them resolved;

• Help build accounting processes and systems that can scale with a fast-growing international business.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, including experience in a Senior Accountant, Chief Accountant, or similar role;

• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory reporting requirements;

• Solid experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting;

• Experience managing or leading an accounting team;

• Experience with audits and working with external auditors;

• Strong understanding of VAT, CIT, payroll-related taxes, and other accounting compliance matters;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail;

• A hands-on mindset and willingness to get into the details when needed;

• Strong ownership and independence;

• Experience working in an international, e-commerce, DTC, or fast-growing company is a strong advantage;

• Experience improving accounting processes, implementing systems, or driving automation is a strong advantage;

• Excellent English and Lithuanian skills;

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
