We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who takes full ownership of email as a revenue channel. You'll build, optimize, and scale the entire email marketing function, using data, experimentation, and automation to turn customer communication into measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do:
Own the entire email marketing channel from strategy to execution;
Plan, write, build, QA, launch, and optimize email campaigns;
Build and optimize lifecycle flows, including welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, churn save, refund deflection, and win-back journey;
Develop segmentation strategies across a subscriber database to deliver personalized customer experiences;
Own email deliverability, domain reputation, complaint rates, and list hygiene;
Build and continuously improve the A/B testing program across campaigns, customer journeys, messaging, and offers;
Monitor email revenue, analyze campaign performance, and provide weekly business insights;
Work closely with Media Buying and Creative teams by sharing customer and campaign insights that improve creative angles and overall marketing performance;
Continuously identify opportunities to improve email performance through testing, automation, AI tools, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or a similar role;
Hands-on experience managing email marketing for a subscription-based business;
Strong experience with Klaviyo;
Proven ability to write high-converting direct-response email copy in English;
Experience building customer segmentation strategies and automated lifecycle journeys;
Experience planning and executing A/B testing programs to continuously improve performance;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain why revenue changed and translate insights into actionable improvements;
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage the entire email marketing function independently;
Professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
