We are looking for a CMO who doesn’t just manage marketing campaigns but owns the full growth engine from acquisition and funnel performance to product launches, retention, and market expansion. Identifies where growth is being lost, turns data into clear strategic decisions, and builds scalable systems, teams, and revenue channels that drive long-term business growth.
What You’ll Do:
Own the strategy, P&L, and growth of a physical DTC business unit;
Build and lead Growth & Acquisition across paid and owned channels;
Launch and scale products, markets, funnels, and offers with a strong ROI mindset;
Work closely with creative, media buying, and development teams to drive conversions;
Validate ideas fast: test, scale what works, and kill what doesn’t;
Open new revenue streams (new channels, partnerships, international expansion);
Lead and grow a product portfolio (including additional digital or physical projects);
Think and act like a founder - move fast, take responsibility, and deliver results;
Leverage existing infrastructure and teams to execute quickly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing (focused on Media Buying) / eCommerce (DTC experience required);
Proven track record of scaling paid acquisition and launching products (physical or digital);
Strong analytical mindset with fast, data-driven decision-making;
Experience leading teams or cross-functional projects in high-growth environments;
Clear understanding of how product, creative, and performance marketing work together;
Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and hands-on execution;
Commercial thinker who enjoys building both from 0 → 10M and 10M → 100M.

Gross salary: 5000 - 8000 EUR/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
