We are looking for a CRO Manager who doesn’t just run A/B tests, but owns full-funnel optimization, from quizzes and product pages to checkout and upsells, identifies where we’re losing revenue, and turns data into clear hypotheses, structured experiments, and measurable growth.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end funnel optimization, including quizzes, product pages, checkout, and upsells;
Define CRO strategy and hypotheses to increase conversion rates, EOV, and profitability;
Launch, analyze, and iterate on tests;
Collaborate closely with UX designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to execute changes;
Test and scale new product funnels, digital upsells, and email-driven conversion campaigns;
Ensure full technical and creative execution of funnels, from brief to launch;
Proactively discover new product angles and growth opportunities without waiting for instructions.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on CRO or growth optimization experience in e-commerce or digital products;
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, quizzes, upsells, and full-funnel strategy;
Experience running experiments and making fast data-driven decisions;
Ability to analyze competitor funnels, pricing, and conversion mechanics;
Skilled in data analysis, predictive LTV, profitability modeling, and key CRO metrics;
Hands-on with CRO tools such as VWO, Looker, or similar analytics platforms;
Proactive and able to push initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.

Gross salary: 3000 - 4700 Eur/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible;
