We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who doesn’t just manage ad campaigns, but builds acquisition strategy, launches and tests new paid channels, and helps the business hit clear revenue goals through structured, data-driven execution.
What You’ll Do:
Build and lead the Performance team - shape strategy, structure, and daily execution;
Translate revenue targets into a clear multi-channel strategy. Analyze performance data daily and optimize toward revenue and ROI goals;
Lead structured testing of new traffic sources - launch and scale new paid channels hands-on;
Drive the testing engine - define hypotheses, run experiments, interpret results, and make clear decisions on what to scale;
Collaborate closely with creative, design, and development teams to deliver high-converting ads, ROI-focused campaigns, and landing pages;
Continuously explore new paid growth opportunities, tools, and market trends.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience in user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments;
Expert-level experience managing campaigns on Meta.
Experience across other paid channels (TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) is a strong bonus;
Proven ability to launch, validate, and scale new paid channels;
Deep understanding of tracking & attribution;
Deep understanding of testing frameworks, creative coordination, scaling logic, and performance optimization;
Market research and competitor analysis skills;
Solution-oriented problem-solver mindset, with a hands-on attitude toward improving processes and achieving goals;
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments;
Strong communication and project management skills;
Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.

Gross salary: 4000 - 6300 Eur/Gross, based on your previous experience, we can be flexible
