We are looking for a Payments Manager who works across multiple e-commerce projects and doesn’t just monitor approval rates, but actively builds and optimizes payment setups, runs experiments, negotiates with providers, and drives measurable revenue impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and continuously optimize our end-to-end payment infrastructure

• Monitor and improve authorization rates (initial & recurring)

• Launch and manage payment and pricing tests to increase performance

• Perform hands-on payment setup and workflow optimization

• Analyze payment data, identify performance issues, and implement improvements

• Manage relationships with PSPs and acquirers

• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize provider allocation

• Oversee chargebacks, disputes, and fraud-related performance in collaboration with internal teams

• Prepare and share regular payment performance reports with key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce

• Strong understanding of online payment flows and PSP operations

• Proven experience improving authorization rates and optimizing payment performance

• Experience working directly with payment providers and negotiating terms

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex data

• Comfortable collaborating with data analysts, technical, and product teams

• High ownership, proactive mindset, and results-driven approach

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
